  • sick ass mix!

hey man i happen to have the same equipment as you. i love my numark totalcontrol, but i just recently got the complete nanoseries. and i cant seem to connect my nanopad with anything. you think you could help a brotha out with some advice?

  • @brutalbruno12 Thanks! I have my nanoPad connected to the cue points and sample decks in Traktor Pro 2. This works for me and I think its a good fit for the controller. However, what you want to map yours to is totally up to you. Just experiment and see what feels right. There is no point in copying someones mapping if you don't feel comfortable using it. Hope that helps :)

  • @djontt92 Thx it works

  • @djontt92 you are right but i can only control with one controler.

can you make a tutorial or something like that ? Please

    dj saad

  • @saadxd I'm guessing that your Total Control is working and your nanoPad isn't. If so, then it could be either because you haven't mapped your nanoPad or both devices are sending information on the same midi channel and you are hence controlling the same parameters with two different controllers.

The first issue can be solved by simply going into the controller settings, clicking "add", creating a generic midi device and mapping some functions.

  • @saadxd Issue #2 can only be fixed by getting the Korg Kontrol Editor and reconfiguring your nanoPad's midi channels, so it doesn't sent on channel 1 anymore.

Are you sure your controllers are plugged in properly? What version of Traktor are you running?

  • how can i conect the korg controler and the numark total control with traktor

    dj saad

  • @saadxd You connect both controllers via USB and then map them to controls in Traktor.

  • Good work all id say is the aerodynamic is a little choppy, try to put a delay on the aerodynamic so it carries a little, and get some real equipment instead of the total control

  • the song that is playing

  • you know how the song u r triggering sounds like it takes two or it maybe the song playing

  • the clip you are triggering just that beat

  • If by "beat" you are referring to the whole track, it would be Diplo's "Work Is Never Over". Maybe I'm still not getting your point, though =)

  • what is the backbeat to the first song

  • I'm not sure what you mean by "backbeat". But Diplo sampled "Harder, Better, Faster, Stronger" by Daft Punk in the first track. Hope that helps =)

  • you suck!

nah, I love it. Everyone knows you're a god. Most people don't even comment...left speechless, i suppose.

  • great
