Jesse is kind of dumb when it comes to the nature of government. Government is designed to control. When you have a centralized body attempting to control & rule vast numbers of people,then large portions of those people will be misruled because their best interests will at times necessarily conflict with the others.The more centralized the control, the less individual freedom. Global government takes control as far as possible from the individual, which is why collectivists love it so much.
BTW, even though big govt. is necessarily bad in almost every case, it does not follow that small govts. are necessarily always good, except in their escapability. A global government provides no opportunity for escape. The term "prison planet" truly applies in this case.
