Actually you're wrong. How long the tune is would also be counted into forumla that makes perfection. Of course 30 seconds could be enough for perfection for some but for other tracks 6 min and 2 seconds might be needed for it to be perfect.

To truly reach perfection however, you need to think about getting the right sound system, the right accoustics in the room it's being played in and just about every other detail there is.
