wow, thanks for posting this. The approach you showed was the canine fossa approach or sub labia approach, are there other approaches?

After widening the opening in the infundibulum with balloon dilation, is that enough to keep the dilated area open, in other words have you heard of pts who have needed this procedure more than once or are there stents that would be used to help keep the area open?
