Just go to File>Properties> and change the template, there are a bunch of different aspect ratios for you to choose from.

Okay so im having a slight problem, on my timeline for sony vegas pro 10 the segments run differently then yours. If i were to pull out the beggining segment to where yours is at it would berunning at about 30 seconds,as for you it is around 3-4 seconds. I was wondering if anyone can help me with this problem.
