you play'n it wrong and when u say up it's really down i.e. pitch go's up as u go from say 1st fret to 12th fret and also when u refer to verse u say go up when u r going down i.e. big strings down / high strings up; again pitch lower at bottom higher at top top being the skinny strings

theres two parts in the intro , your only doing the first part ( doing it very well ) the second part is the exact same but when you do the 9th and 7th frett , its a E chord instead.

yeah it is a pretty good guitar but it doesnt have much in the looks department

i believe it grows on you it's so classic and i love it's shape

you slap a nice sunburst or tabacco/ash color

or some of the other paint jobs and it's really beautiful

some are semi hollow and have the nice "F-holes"

but you come back to the old butterscotch finish or just the plain wood

i love it like everyone

and it's signature twang is taken advantage of on somany classic rock records (stones, jeff beck, bruce springsteen is synonymous with it, george harrison plays it on let it be... )

can also play the six string third fret with a bend to get the same effect as playing the sixth fifth and fourth...thats just how i do it. whatever sounds right to the individual though =)
