It was tackle practice where they line up two groups of people about ten yards apart, throw the ball to one guy who has to try to break a tackle, and the other guy tries to tackle him. I remember I didn't put much effort into it thinking no big deal and then BOOM. After that I never fucked around and always lowered my shoulders LOL.

@crx122 yea i remember every detail to mine. we wer doing a drill we lined up in front of eachother about 20 yards apart and we had to run a 45 degree angle at eachother in between 2 cones that wer 5 yards apart and i didnt lower my pads either and the guy leveled me. he made me go about 2 yards and in the air where i flew into my coach. his fooot went into my back right below where the pads stop so tht kinda hurt , but the hit didnt. lmao
