thats not magic that bioligy and an insane man for puting the nedle in his body and leting it heal over if he had a hole in his throat then he would die because blood would fill the passage so fake OMG
you dropped the neddles as you went to swallow them and you had pre set your neck with them and some magic effect material and make up...but it is still an excelent trick
