mezzie, if i had seen this anywhere else, I wouldn't believe it. Seriously good technique in such a short amount of time. Looking forward to seeing more of this guys progress.

@Mr83wesley Thanks Wes :) It can be tough to suck it up and simply forget about weight increases for a month or 3, but in the long run it really does pay off!
