First off, Canada's own supreme court found that their socialized health system was unconstitutional as it violated Canadian citizens rights in that it allowed for quite a number of patients to die before ever receiving care. As for the NHS, the UK govt has openly admitted that the complaint system itself is so cumbersome that users have no avenue of protest when needed services are declined.

Check out where the US is in the WHO league tables for healthcare. You're 37th, we're 18th. I don't think those stats settle the argument alone, but taken into account with the basic opposition between "profit incentive" and "political incentive", it is indicative that a socialized system benefits the population more than any other.

im a 30 year old male in london and i was diagnosed with parkinsons last december,my point is (especially to the american audience) that the (free) NHS system has looked after me so well pre and post diagnosis, i have access to the best facilities and doctors with all forms of complimentry support from physio,yoga,acupuncture,person­al trainer,and of course medication.this has all been free and it's difficult to keep up with my appointments!! i am so glad i dont live in america with parkinsons

FDR's second bill of rights was illogical. It is impossible to have a right to a house or a right to an education. Rights only exist out of nature. Rights are things inherent in nature that an individual can exercise without violate the rights of others. Those are the rights to life(self defense), liberty, and property. Forcing someone at the barrel of a gun through government force to provide financially for other's is a violation of one's liberty and property rights(money is property).
