@acusticelectricbenny , they did have a baby, they named him William but since the goverment was after him, scully had to give him up for adoption to protect him. All this happend while Mulder was missing, so when he came back, she had to tell him and of course he agreed that was the best option.

it was the 6th season before mulder was Abducted.

they never showed it on the show but the scene where scully fixing herself says it all.

at was the time when they had a little arguement about the same old aguement that they have..ohh i just so love them both!
