not funny at all. in a case like this it is *never* the animal's fault, but the owner's. the poor dog isn't to blame for how much intellect he has as a result of breeding.

if i was the cyclist, i would immediately make sure the poor dog was ok, than i'd go after the dog's owner for damages. i don't blame the cyclist, the track should be safe in any event.
