you probably have never seen the actual sheet music. this IS accurate.

@erken there is no such thing as correct fingering, it's whatever feels right, just to clear that misconception up.

honestly i'd say that there is a theoretically correct way to play it that provides optimal positioning and what not

Again, it's just whatever feels right. What might be optimal for you, may not be for someone else. The only time you need optimal fingering is in the case of rachmaninoff prelude in g minor or beethovens appassionata third movement, things like that do benefit from good fingering, just like a woman.
