@brayant152h i have this amp too and it's very loud. we have two guitar players in our band and at gigs for 150 people i don't really need to plug it into our pa and also in our room where we practice it's very loud. at home you can't max it out. I own this amp since 6 years i guess and it's very good sounding.
I got a Vox AC30 (it may be 30 watts, but with tubes it's REALLY loud) with a mad professor pedal, cleans are beautiful and can handle metal way better than this. Plus the tubes make it responsive. There's also a 15 version if you're low on money.
For modelling-amp fags, look at the Peavey Vypyr. Double the effects and better sound quality. :)

yours doesnt pop at all? I just bought a used 1 of this exact amp about 3 weeks ago and I cant even play for 10 minutes without it doing this hissing noise and then it pops.
@Ghostofgrace92 Can't get my money back otherwise I already woulda.It was on a.....what's the word.....consent? consignment? some word like that.Where the store wasnt selling it,only holding on to it for someone and the store got half as the person selling it got the other half.so I cant.plus I dont think they make these any more.I hear they only make the current line of Line 6 Spider's.
@Hexomazifra yeah, my ex band member had one of these, i thought i was an amazing amp, his works perfectly but i'm sure he's had if for awhile, sorry about your situation man that sucks bad...talk about disapointment
@Ghostofgrace92 Dude,I have.They said there's nothing wrong with it and it's just interference.I took it back to the store I bought it from and the guy looked at it and it didnt make any of those problems the whole time it was there.It only makes these problems at my house and anywhere else basically so the guy said it may be a grounding problem and I should only use it in places that wont have interference.
@Hexomazifra hmm that is strange....very strange...did you play a different guitar at the store then the one at your house? that could most likely be your problem is your pick-ups on your guitar or just a cheap guitar in general
@ghost41able my Firend has this amp, i use it when we jam out, it plays over drums so well and bass and vocals, they have to tell me to turn it down sometimes, it's perfect and it's nice that you dont have to use any pedals, i'm getting one of these and all pedals except my wah are going to be sold. get it you won't regret it , hours of fun with all the settings too.
