I love seeing Phil and the boys in their younger days. It is so sad to see Phil's health deteriorated to the point of not even being able to play drums anymore. He is such a talented drummer and musician.
Funny how Genesis got more cheers & full-throttle audience involvement w/ a bunch of balloons for a “stage show” back in the 80’s than w/ their gazillion-dollar LED/optical illusions in recent years. Wasn’t there some poet or prophet long ago who said something against “gilding a lily”? Can’t remember that guy’s name—although I think the name of this band might have come from the same book…
