Yes there is a button that allows you to disengage the Traction Control, which will allow slippage of the wheels. Typically I've only found that this is necessary when it snows and you need slippage of the wheels to get up a hill.
Slippage of the wheels would be when one of your wheels spins faster than the other wheels due to there not being enough friction between the road and tires normally caused by slippery surfaces. The button you're looking for is a car with wavey lines below it.
and i saw the load button close to the tunning button,. whats that for,. coz i dont have that button its empty

That button is for a 6-Disc CD changer that is equipped on this vehicle. It is a factory added option and may not be installed in your vehicle.
