I think it's a solid game. I'm not a big fan of the series I'm more of a Halo guy but I still like it. the campaign is really exciting and I like when you play as the guy in America. I get my ass kicked in multiplayer but I don't care. It's still fun.

@friendr55 Um, who didn't? Co-op was a huge succsess factor for WaW. Full campaign co-op and zombies co-op. So that's the reason people like me were so mad when Ifinty ward didn't even try to make decent co-op. Most of the spic offs levels were just rehased from CoD4 and also some from MW2 campaign. If freakin' Treyarch can make worthwhile co-op, why can't Infinity Ward? Yeah, Infinity ward is way better than Treyarch (sarcasm).
Everybody really needs to take a look at this video game. It is really really good. The vehicles are exceptionally accurate. All of you need to dl this video game from BFBC2DownloadXcom (replace X with . ).

At around 4:00 minutes in, did you say that the singly player was lengthy.
This isn't a VERY short game.
Even though I was kind of drunk, had started at 4:00AM, had never played a CoD game before, and had basically no experience using a controller to play an FPS (it was at a friend's house) I managed to beat it on regular in 5 hours in a single session.
this game is really awesome and is a total upgrade from modern warfare but ther are a few things which annoy the hell out of me! First of how many times have you tossed a flash bang and it goes like 25 metres away from you but still manages to blind you! 2nd thing is how many times have you switched to your secondary weapon, picked up a machine gun only to find out you actually switched your primary weapon!
I think its ridiculous that a game should be expected to get a 10/10 from anyone. I'm sure that no matter how amazing it is, there will always be flaws in that game... Especially Modern Warfare 2.
I gotta say I had a lot more fun with Uncharted 2, but props to Infinity Ward for having a British main character unlike most games were they either get killed off or turn out to be the villain.

I feel the same as you in regards to the single player. I found Call of Duty 4's single player dull and mediocre but I enjoyed Modern Warfare 2's single player. My only complaint with the story is how they ended it with a cliffhanger. That just seems like Infinity Ward are being smug jackasses to me.
I dislike the multiplayer; I think that a multiplayer should take skill to be good at, it shouldn't be as simple as 3 bullets and then you get a kill.

First of how many times have you tossed a flash bang and it goes like 25 metres away from you but still manages to blind you! 2nd thing is how many times have you switched to your secondary weapon, picked up a machine gun only to find out you actually switched your primary weapon!

I think its ridiculous that a game should be expected to get a 10/10 from anyone. I'm sure that no matter how amazing it is, there will always be flaws in that game... Especially Modern Warfare 2.

I gotta say I had a lot more fun with Uncharted 2, but props to Infinity Ward for having a British main character unlike most games were they either get killed off or turn out to be the villain.
*SPOILERS*
I hated that Sheperd killed Roach and Ghost (The cool version of Gaz)
I also thought that they made Soap sound and look like a dick.

I feel the same as you in regards to the single player. I found Call of Duty 4's single player dull and mediocre but I enjoyed Modern Warfare 2's single player. My only complaint with the story is how they ended it with a cliffhanger. That just seems like Infinity Ward are being smug jackasses to me.
I dislike the multiplayer; I think that a multiplayer should take skill to be good at, it shouldn't be as simple as 3 bullets and then you get a kill.
I was suprised by how fun Spec ops was to.

Ok then..What do u consider amazing? The multi player is great! there is no game out there that can come close to this. Halo 3? Hell no! Gears of War? Nope. U make it seem that this game isn't all that and u moke cod fans? U sound like a fat ass that doesn't appreciate good stuff. Im not on COD's balls, but this game is the best game of the year. Screw Left for Dead, Screw ODST, This is the best FPS on a console to date! And no one can prove me wrong.

Yes Halo 3 comes close to this. I believe Halo's multiplayer is still far better then COD.
And this game is an great action game and a wonderful fun ride single player.
However why I'm dealing with a kid that has to resort to calling people names cause he gave a fucking game a 9/10, 9! Are you sucking call of duty's dick that much you can't accept a 9 = amazing score?

I thought the only great part about halo was its physics, forge mode, and custom modes/maps.
The rest of halo was supremely mediocre.
H3: 8.0/10, CoD4: 9.2/10

@UltimateChance "I believe Halo's multiplayer is still far better then COD" sorry to disagree with you again, Halo just too unrealistic for me. Fisrt halo was ok, 2 and 3 was just crap. The idea of eveyone being "SPACE GOD'S" and it takes an entire 2 clips out of an assault rifle to kill one person was just ridiculous. I will say there is more strategy involved in Halo then COD (considering everyone is jesus in halo) but the strategy in halo would get you killed in real life.

Multiplayer is stepped up considerably (if your good at it i.e. You can get kill streaks)
Single Player dissapointed compared to 4s
(story is cool but not a good story)
