db owns, in the right hands anyway. I wouldn't play it on a brute but as a scrapper it's amazing. Of course once issue 13 comes with positrons' crap ass merit system.. blah.

Dual Blades get the best animations of all the power sets. I'm loving mine so far, even for just the entertainment factor ; )

It's interesting but dunno... I like dual blades myself but I'm a bit iffy at best. I'm suddenly compelled to get back in and play a stalker/scrapper. :)

Dual Blades is actually balanced with the rest of the sets. It wastes little endurance,and recharges rather fast. On top of that,it has combos that actually have an effect.
