I don't know if it's 99% But Sony says it is and they are digital AND active, and that could take a good effect. I want a headphone company such as BOSE to make 100% Noise cancellation, with digital, and active noise cancellation.

Etocadet, If they snapped at the slider go to the Sony website. There is information on how to get them replaced.at no charge. It seems that this was a problem with early production models.

first off the video speak of my story literally i went to heathrow airport I was joining a ship in LA (i work on tankers) saw the headphones and thought that they would be perfect considering the engines are always humming and they were dont get me wrong they are perfect in terms of noise cancelation and music quality (buy the B&O A8's tho they are better if ur in a quiet area and louder)

however in 2 months they have snapped i honestly dont think they are meant to be worn everyday

I tried one in apple store, and it was very impressive... and I actually owned a sennheiser PXC 450 but I think sony done a great job
