She acts like she's seen him wanking, why else would she call him a wanker. But maybe he's just a wank. Americans think that's funny, but Brits don't like being called a wank or a wanker, since it means that they're one who wacks off a lot...ie, beats their meat constantly...like Dutch cops do when they see a Chinese restaurant.
