habaneros by themselves taste nasty by themselves. if you want to prove you can handle its heat, at least put it on something that tastes good-like jumbo shrimp or something.or drop it in a quesadilla or something. i'd throw up just from the taste of it by itself. if you want to see if you can handle hot peppers by themselves, pick ones that taste good, and just eat more of them-i.e., serranos, cayenne, or tabasco peppers for instance.
