Yeah, she is, but that's mainly because she is the only utau, (or vocaloid for that matter) to have a voice that is ENTIRELY crated with a computer. there is absolutely no trace of a real human voice recording in defoko's voice. she is entirely comprised of computerized sounds, and nothing more.

its an artificial voice that is controlled nad manipulated by the user. utau is neat in the sense that you can create your own voices by creating a voice bank, which utau uses to generate a voice. an utau loid is whAT IS produced.

you have to have ver 0.2.41+ to do vibrato but (u have to be in mode2, press f4) u right click a note, click the 3rd from the bottom, and mess around with the bottom half of that window until u get it.
