  • why can I smell eggs right now? ... oh ....

  • Yeah, I remembered a time when I ate a lot of eggs...eating them every day for quite some time...I saw no health issues with my body.

  • This video is correct. Read Mary Enig to learn the full story. That book is the shit.

  • Notice that there's a bunch of animals in nature that prey on and eat tons of eggs from other species.

Do you think foxes, alligators and other egg eating animals have high cholesterol? They all look pretty fit to me.

  • I don't trust anything she says. She could be paid for all I know.

  • So eggs are good, as long as you eat in a reasonable amount

  • @horror469 Eggs are good so long as your diet includes fiber.

  • That is the idea!!!!!. They don't want to increase consumption they want consumption not to drop as fast as it is now. And it is what it is my friend: you can't have a diet full of cholesterol or fatty acid, if you are fat, have heart issues or not doing excersice. It will attempts against your wellness.

  • Superbindawood, exactly. :)

You can have eggs everyday and be healthy

  • so,can i eat eggs everyday?its not bad for me?

  • Eggs may not be bad for you, but they are bad for the chickens forced to produce them confined in a cage their entire lives.

My family and I are all vegan (for animal rights, of course), and we all have high cholesterol. We just accept that there is nothing that can be done about it (except take expensive drugs like Lipitor).

Outlaw human breeding, except: Human breeding should be done ONLY with bioengineering in carefully controlled laboratory settings.

  • @mphello The thing is, high cholesterol isn't even established to be unhealthy. Cholesterol-lowering drugs are highly ineffective at preventing heart disease and basically a waste of money. You might want to watch out if you have high TG, but high cholesterol alone doesn't mean anything.

  • Egg lobbyist

  • @sxitso

    0/10

  • Of course she is lying! jejej

  • Are eggs good for you? YES Is cholesterol bad for you? NO The whole issue of cholesterol by the medical profession was to get statins drugs into you SO you would have real health problems to deal with SO THEY can make a living to be proud of and SO they can keep their God-like images intact.

  • cool hand luke ate 50 eggs at one time. And he died shortly after that.

  • And there are countries with high cholesterol and high heart disease such as.....USA!!! I don't think it's a coincidence. What we both agree is that having your cholesterol and triglicerids levels high could cause of a lot of things that will have a negative impact in your health. This video dosen´t help you to understand that as it is promoting the regular egg consumption!!!! I DON`T BELIEVE IN IT.

  • @Avicherch i think many people that eat a lot of eggs have high cholesterol is because of the way they eat their eggs, with bacon and bad type of fats. of course if you eat omelettes with bacon everyday.. that's nasty =/

  • @Rosalila Eating bacon and eggs every day is healthy so long as your diet also includes significant amounts of fiber. Four pieces of bacon and two eggs gives a person about 24 grams of protein. For men, in particular, protein and fat are important for testosterone production. There is little doubt in my mind that low-fat/low-protein diets have led to so-called Low-T and the feminization of men.

  • @Avicherch Explain this. US's yoke consumption isn't high. Many people ask for egg white omelets at for breakfast. Some just grab a bagel. I also doubt they consume a lot of fat. Many busy people grab deli sandwich for lunch. Deli meat isn't fatty.

I doubt anybody in US ever eat pig's hooves. That thing contains at least twice as much cholesterol per 100g as eating yokes alone. My whole family love that, even my grandparents. None of them have anything remotely similar to heart disease.

  • If you have an egg with less than 50% less cholesterol than regular (with all the others nutrients intact) what do you think is better for consumption??? That is my point. There is a new egg coming soon and the producers are so nervous that would do anything to stop it. Check “Eggs and cholesterol BE AWARE”. Thanks for your comment!!!!

  • @Avicherch Obviously this video was made to try and get you to buy their "lower" cholesterol eggs.

  • @lokookoful It's exactly the contrary!!!!!!

  • Cholesterol is an anti-infammatory, we get inflammation when our ratio of omega 3 to omega 6 is out. We're suppose to have a 1:1 ratio, 1:4 is okay, but on average our ratio is 1:25. This is from, but not limited to, all the vegetable oils & grains . So your body makes all this cholesterol to fight the inflammation. Dietary cholesterol plays no role in blood cholesterol.

  • IF I WOULD BE FAT THEN I SHOULD BE RECOMENDING PEOPLE TO EAT A LOT BECAUSE IT IS SOO GOOD AND YUMMY. DON`T YOU THINK!!! YOU GO TO JOG TO THE MOUNTAINS AND I AM GOING OUT TO HAVE A SESION OF BIG WAVES! WHO DO YOU THINK IS IN MORE SHAPE AND HEALTHY??? FATTY BOY!!

  • AGAIN THIS PEOPLE ARE PAID BY THE BIG CORPORATIONS WHICH DONT KNOW HOW TO INCREASE THE CONSUMPTION OF EGGS. PEOPLE ARE GETTING MORE AWARE!!!!!!

  • @Avicherch food cholesterol has nothing to do with blood cholesterol.!!! thats like saying go on a low fat diet to lose fat ! fat calories has nothing to do with body fat!! u shud become a doctor bcuz u know nothing about how the body works!

  • @rui27marne ah is that right??? then how does the body accumulate cholesterol?? I guess from breathing pure air then!!!! give me a break!!!!! Common sense my friend. I think the one who should become a doctor is you! OK THEN AS I HAVE MY ARTHERIES BLOCKED THEN I WILL GO AHEAD AND BUMP MY STHOMAC WITH HIGH FATTY ACID AND HIGH CHOLESTEROL MEALS!! COME ONNNNNNNNN!!!!!!

  • @Avicherch go back to sleep.. as we can tell that ur fat n have high cholesterol...take care buddy, im goin for a jog in the mountains

  • @Avicherch why dont you read some studies. Eating cholesterol does not give you high cholesterol. use pubmed or google scholars

  • @kickdim so what gives cholesterol my good friend. Air breathing?? one in every six adults has high cholesterol I guess is because they are not eating too many eggs or high cholesterol meals uh!!! I think you should go and use pubmed or google scholars.

  • @Avicherch pubmed: search 15164336, there are plenty of other sources. Even with that there isnt much of a correlation between high cholesterol and heart disease.

  • @kickdim The are so many causes to suffer from heart disease but at the end of the day a bad diet can definitely trigger and be decisive on any disease not only in the heart. If your arteries are blocked you need to change something and diet comes first. IT IS A TOTAL LIE THAT EGGS OR ANY HIGH CHOLESTEROL MEAL ARE HEALTHY IF YOU HAVE CHOLESTEROL ISSUES.

  • @Avicherch Look at the ancel keys study that started this. There are countries with high cholesterol and low heart disease. Also there are countries with low cholesterol and high heart disease. If you look back at the numbers of usa's vegetable oil and wheat consumption, it correlates with the rising amounts of heart disease.

  • @Avicherch sigh. If they want to increase consumption of eggs, shouldn't they establish the stance that yokes are bad but whites are high-protein and good? Some celebrities and athletes eat 5 to 6 eggs per day, whites only. That's a box every two days.

I'd rather have 2 to 3 everyday, including the yoke.

  • @90Rush You can have 2 to 3 whole eggs per day so long as you're getting 25-30 grams of fiber too.

  • I don't believe in this at all!!! If you have issues with cholesterol eggs is definitely nshould not be in your diet at all!! This type of messages can kill you!!! men do not listen to this people my god!!!

  • @Avicherch go back to sleep ! u know nothing about health!

  • @rui27marne SO YOU ARE TELLING ME THAT IF YOUR CHOLESTEROL LEVEL IS HIGH YOU SHOULD EAT EGGS??? CUAC!!! I WILL GO TO SLEEP FOR SURE SO THIS TYPE OF IGNORANCE WONT KILL ME. YOU WON'T FIND ANYBODY IN THIS UNIVERSE THAT EAT MORE EGGS THAN ME. BUTAGAIN IF YOU HAVE ISSUES WITH CHOLESTEROL EAT SOIMETHING ELSEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE

  • I dont understand why this is so hard to test. Take 20 people who only eat vegtables and dont normally eat meat or eggs. Test their blood. Give them 2 eggs a day for a month and retest them!

  • ZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ

  • Nice Video! I eat 3 eggs a day.

  • There is no such thing as bad cholesterol or good cholestrol its just a precursor to needed steriod hormones and cell re-generation :) but still have a high fiber diet and eat well and exercise like me :)

  • Damn i'm confused. I grow up hearing that egg yokes can kill you and now there's all of this data suggesting that it will actually SAVE my life. Next i'll find out that smoking PREVENTS respiratory illness.

  • The demand curve for the egg market just shifted to the right

  • @miniman631 Yes, in moderation

  • i have better things to watch all this and read all the description so can someone just reply saying of they r good or bad

no crap just a yes or no answer

  • @miniman631

And you will accept that answer without question or criticism?

  • @pigeonkid4 yes i will

  • @miniman631 Ok. Eating just one egg a week presents a serious risk of lower back pain. Also, you may be struck by lightning.

  • @pigeonkid4 thankyou for the useful info my friend

  • Don't overcook eggs. Eat organic eggs. Vary the eggs you eat.

  • Can't believe there's a rumor making eggs look bad.

    I like this video.

  • I'M EATING EGG SALAD RIGHT NOW

  • No wonder Americans are so fat and have highest heart problem in the world. Madam, you are promoting death! our country did many studies, our people eats less eggs than Americans, and we are healthier.

  • @MsUoykcuf

I don't know where you're from, but Americans have some of the worst health in the world. We eat candy for breakfast and many of us drink incredible amounts of liquid sugar every day. This is probably not true of your people and certainly causes more of a difference than egg consumption. Americans are a lot less healthy today than they were when Time magazine first declared that eggs were bad for us in 1984.

  • I have to say, I was shocked to find eggs are supposed to be bad. So it pleases me that you say this - especially as we have chickens and get 12 eggs a day!!

Eggs are from a natural source, so they cannot be bad. Too much could, so moderation is called for and this goes for everything.

    Thank you.

  • @Suzanne512 hwo many eggs does a natural chiken get?

  • @Suzanne512 i mean everyday

  • The most important question to ask yourself is does my doctor know about this product and if not why?

Bios Life Slim is listed in the PDR it's a natural product that reduces bad cholesterol and increase good cholesterol without harmful side effects, it also helps with weight loss and diabetes without stimulants

  • Public announcement. If anyone serious here thinks that all cholesterol is good and eggs are great to eat - stop kidding yourself. Cut eggs completely out of your diet. They aren't high in cholesterol. They are *EXTREMELY* high in cholesterol. The highest cholesterol food there is. A single yolk is over doing your daily limit of of cholesterol. Look up the numbers.

As a side note, if you eat a few pickles a day, you need to stop that. Read the label for sodium content on your pickles.

  • @HypeTingStudio Your ignorance is dumbfounding. Studies have shown that dietary cholesterol impacts serum cholesterol less than 5% either way. The culprit in high cholesterol is an inflammatory diet, including the high glycemic foods and vegetable oils. Did you even watch the video? She actually cites her sources...

  • @HypeTingStudio Public announcement You're a fuckin idiot.

  • @HypeTingStudio, you are so far off base. Eggs are good for you and extremely helpful in making you as healthy as you can be. Doesn't mean you have them all the time. It's good to eat them to your body's content, which will be shown by your body's response. Life is dynamic, you're body is dynamic, especially if you have a dynamic life. Quality grown is also important, in the organic/outdoor access direction. Same goes for beef and others. I'm 6'4"x200lbs. Living by results is the truth.

  • @HypeTingStudio You've got some learning to do. We've been there, done that. Starchier diets are way more problematic, and more likely to result in ill health. Stop kidding yourself, for real. It's a matter of balance, and what works as shown by the body's evident responses/reactions. You've got to be in tune, it can be different for different people, due to personal 'phases' of circumstance that make for variances during the course of ones life, climate factors, and stress factors.

  • I was eating about 12 eggs a week. I also ate a lot of sushi in a month. I tested very high for cholesterol.

Your cholesterol limit is 200mg a day if you are at risk for heart disease (which many of us are don't kid yourself).

ONE SINGLE LARGE EGG has 300 mg of cholesterol. If you eat 4 eggs a day, go do the math. Also stay away from pickles. They have an 'insane' amount of sodium.

Again, stop kidding yourself if you thing eggs are this great food.

  • @HypeTingStudio: Oh bullshit, lol. I ate a whole food vegan diet for two years, in other words, ZERO cholesterol. My cholesterol was over 300. When I removed grains and beans and started eating eggs again (4/day) my total cholesterol dropped to just over 100.

  • @fantSCgirl damn right! <3

  • @fantSCgirl What's wrong with beans?

  • @fantSCgirl

That's awesome, but a total cholesterol of 100 is way too low.

  • THIS VIDEO IS THE TRUTH........EGG FROM FREE RANGE CHICKEN/FOWLS is so beneficial. it cures many illness, including ASTHMA , HEART ISSUES..

  • ...Continued from above...

This is a deliberate process that takes place in order for your body to produce new, healthy cells. In the eyes of conventional medicine, when they see increased cholesterol circulating in your bloodstream, they conclude that it -- not the underlying damage to your arteries -- is the cause of heart attacks.

  • eggs are awesome, fried, scrambled, boiled no matter what they are a tasty meal that provide the body with energy

  • Sunday ho ya Monday .... Roz khao aande !!

  • JUST SAY YES OR NO I DONT UNDERSTAND ALL OF THIS

  • @pablow2310 shes basically saying they are good for you in moderation and they provide much minerals and vitamins and are in no way bad for you as long as you take in enough fiber and have a good digestion system.

  • when i think of eggs i think of an unattractive person eating em and stinking like hell. eeewww

  • @GaneshRIyer....Consider egg with respects and be judicious in eating it.

  • for a bodybuilder to consume 10 eggs per day/workout day, is it still ok to consume all the yolks and not just the eggwhites??? i think that much egg yolk is bad for our body.

  • @tagabukastubo what should I say I had a kidney stones when I was a child and guess what the doctors told me to not eat the white but the yolk. :)))) So just eat eggs but try to find organic one the others are just full of sh*t as it is with the most of the not organic or gen-manipulated food. But you are right for something to much yolk (more than 2 per day) is bad but it is the same with the white and it is the same for all of our food.

  • @tagabukastubo Eggs yolks aren't bad for you. In fact it is the most nutritious part of the egg. Old school bodybuilders eat upwards to 30 whole eggs daily and not have a problem. It is the pharmaceutical companies who created the cholesterol myth to sell their statin drugs.

  • @PadawanRay i'm not so sure about that sir...30 whole eggs daily doesn't not sound healthy to me, personally i would rather consume 2 whole eggs and 28 egg whites if given 30 eggs/ workout day.

  • @tagabukastubo If you consume 2 whole eggs and 28 egg whites you will end up with biotin deficiency due to the avidin present in egg whites. Avidin is counteracted by egg yolks.

  • @PadawanRay thanks for poiting out about avidin and biotin... i looked up avidin and it turned out that it can be most likely found on "raw/ uncooked egg whites" ...perhaps it would not have that much impact on biotin deficiency if we only consume cooked egg white plus raw egg can be a source of salmonella...

  • @tagabukastubo One thing I can point out from you, that you're basically, "stupid!".

  • @tuberman890 stupid?? what so stupid with my statement?? if you wanna pick a fight do it in the real world..not on the internet sir.

  • @tuberman890 try eating 10 whole eggs every day for three months ... just try genius :)

  • @tagabukastubo Dude! I've been eating eggs all my life, and nothing has happen to me. In fact I eat really fatty foods, such as red meat and chicken skin(which is the best part). To tell you the truth, I don't even remember getting sick at all. I'm a relatively fit person, I get daily exercise from joining the 'track team', so don't go blaming highly nutritious foods as unhealthy, not knowing, how basically all Americans have cars. "Oh Yeah!", I also eat fruits and veg's everyday.

  • @tuberman890 i'm talking from a bodybuilder's perspective "dude"...i consume 10-15 eggs per workout day, if i ate 15 whole eggs every other day or even every day for that matter, my cholesterol would sore up so high mt. everest would be a midget compared to it. stop making ignorant comments, i'm not talking 1 or 2 eggs per day here i'm talking about consuming atleast ten eggs per day. track team?? congatz i just do some basic muay thai, boxing and jiujitsu.not that much ..tsk..fucking nerd..pwe!

  • @tagabukastubo This will probably be my last comment...since you accuse me of being a 'nerd', but funny thing is, you argue with other people here like a 'wildfire'.

Your problem is, "why do you eat that much eggs?" , its moderation that counts, in my opinion 4 whole eggs per day is the best bet. Another thing, cholesterol isn't a bad person, its what feeds your cells. Your liver makes cholesterol, if your LDL increases, your HDL increases to accomodate the rise of LDL. Both are lipoproteins.

  • @tuberman890 learn to read "dude"...we are basically sharing ideas...you're the one who started using profane terms out of nowhere..learn to read everything before jumping to other peoples discussions...aren't you a nerd?? sorry, my mistake i just assumed you're a scrawny little brat who plays halo every day and put stuff on his psp..yeah i looked up your channel and JUDGED you based on it.

  • @tagabukastubo What do you want me to do? I'm just here to help, by providing the best explanation there is. Really, I found this video, by spotting it on my featured video section.

Actually, my friend and I actually made the video just for fun. He was really addicted to Halo, and I can't say I wasn't either...that was the year I also got a psp for Christmas, I was searching on how to get new themes to my psp, and 'what the hell!', I'll put one up too, maybe I get subscribers.

  • im healthy as hell and i eat em every second day at least

  • Thank you egg farmer lady who just learned about msn. It's a proven fact that an egg yolk has 219 mg of cholesterol. Your daily intake should be less than 200 mg. Egg whites contain no cholesterol.

  • @avaitionchick Actually, I believe it's 300mg per day is the safe daily intake, if you are healthy. If you suffer from diabetes, high-cholesterol, etc., it is said that yolk should be avoided entirely. I'm just fucking confused by all the conflicting information...?! Eat 'em, don't eat 'em...???...fuck it, I'll just eat oatmeal with my eggs.

  • More than 80% of the cholesterol in your body is made by your liver. Only 20% or less comes from diet. If you eat less cholesterol, your liver makes more.

From a study by Dept of Nutrition, Harvard:

"After adjustment for age, smoking, and other potential CHD risk factors, we found no evidence of an overall significant association between egg consumption and risk of CHD or stroke in either men or women."

That bit about bowel function versus number of eggs really is a load of crap.

  • what the fuck is thtt sum1 saying tht eggs are good and they should be in regular diet and shes tellin that eggs r bad!!!!!!!!!!! what we gonna do eat em or not?!!!!!

  • what the fuck is thtt sum1 saying tht eggs are good and they should be in regular diet and shes tellin that eggs r bad!!!!!!!!!!! what we gonna do eat em or not?!!!!!

  • Walee99k, I just voted you down for your crude language.

  • So you think the dangers are eggsaggerated? ;)

  • Hee hee, that's a great pun!

  • this lady has been paid 75000$ from Iowa egg farmers to post this video

  • @babek17,the lack of dietary fiber in a typical American diet is far more lethal because without it,cholesterol from ANY animal product can't be absorbed and eliminated in the intestines.

  • doesn't the diet of the chicken producing the egg have alot to do with the over all benefits of the egg? I try to pasteurize my eggs but find this to be a challenge, does anybody have suggestions on how to do it consistently with out over cooking

  • @IdentityHero Anything that "has" to be cooked. Excluding everything that's okay to eat raw?

  • @IdentityHero But raw vegetables are just as nutritious as cooked vegetables. Are they not? Not to mention fruits are almost always eaten raw.

  • Jityr2, don't make stuff up when you don't know.

Cooked vegetables and meat give a person more energy than uncooked foods. There's a theory that cooking helped give humans larger brains. Check out the documentary - Did Cooking Make Us Human? by BBC Horizon.

  • Do you get more nutrition by eating eggs a) cooked ? Or b) raw .

  • No need to worry about the cholesterol in eggs, it's the eggs that come from Iowa you have to worry about!! Eggs may, or may not contribute to high cholesterol in certain individuals, however, eggs you consume from Iowa could make you sick. They mad me very sick!! Hey Iowa... "clean" up your act!!

  • im a boybuilder and eat 3eggs a day,now i got three balls

  • So, are you telling me that we should not listen to doctors, because what they say now, might be different later. How come there are so many changes in previous medical facts. We should call them medical opinions, because what doctors and scientists called facts now might be completely wrong or opposite months, or years from now. Therefore, I agree with one comment from a viewer, "We should eat what we want, when we want, and how much we want, just as long as we stay active."

  • I live in Japan and have cholesterol problems, my japanese doctor told me not to eat eggs.

  • @sayuri54 he/she couldve just assume the eggs are bad because of its high cholesteral, just like whem my doctor told me not to eat chocolate because i had bad acne at the time

  • Well who am i apart from the owner of a healthy human vessel.

Eat what you want when you want and as much as you want, but stay active.

  • i was rather respecting her viewpoint until she said "god's foods". Religious people. Ugh.

  • @corsair831 yeah me too

  • i am so sad , i workout and i wonder if i can eat eggs everyday YES ww yolk and i NEVER FIND an answer.

  • @TheRogueMonk

I stopped eating eggs when I found out that egg producers actually shred and kill male chicks at birth because they don't carry eggs. Also I found out that these supermarket eggs are too high in Omega 6 as well so instead of eggs I now eat just fish mainly salmon.

  • @antibunker: My comment is regards to a FAILED healthcare system.Homeopathy may not be the answer, but neither is complete obedience to doctors who basically have patients take every test under the sun and psychologically instill death and total negative expectations in their "patients". Healthcare is OWNED by big pharma now, it's all about corporations & the "bottom line" they don't give a fuck about people-THAT's A FACT! Oh, & PLACEBO can actually be a good thing if results are positive

  • Why should anyone take anything that psychetruth puts on, when they put on quacks like homeopathy lying "doctors"...

There is NOTHING anyone can conclude from this video. The source is simply not credible.

  • When I take over a country & become it's dictator, I want non-thinking,blindly trusting, gullible, sheep oriented IDIOTS like you to comprise of the public.

  • @hazor777 Holy crap, got out of bed on the wrong side or something?

I simply pointed out that someone that thinks homeopathy holds water (no pun intended), should be questioned, because a person like that is likely either really very ignorant or else is suffering from a delusion disorder of some sort.

  • @hazor777 just try for presidency in america

  • Many people dont know that cereal companies pushed to have eggs presented as bad for your health several decades ago......says alot when you consider our wonderful FDA & how they have "sold us out" for years.....

  • At this point, I wouldn't trust a fucking thing coming from any govt. agency.people want to know "how" to eat healthy? DUH! Stick to whole foods. If it hasn't gone through any process to create another type of food, it's good to eat.Flour, sugar, alcohol, margerine etc... stay away from.Common sense....

  • If "200 milligrams" sounds like a lot, think about it this way: it's 0,2g of something the body is perfectly able to do something about, and you have like 3-4 kilos of blood to put it in.

People have eaten eggs and meats for tens of thousands of years, and hey, there are still plenty humans on this earth. They even prospered on foods like that.

Be more wary of all the crap that they try to sell you instead, and the degraded products from depleted earth farming..

  • fuck this is boring ... everything in life can kill you so just eat like a fucking pigg and fuck your friend mum

  • "Jethro, how do you like your eggs?"

"Oh, I like 'em just fine."

"No, Jethro, I mean how do you like them cooked?"

"Oh, I like 'em even better that way,"

  • lol

  • Also make sure you buy your eggs from a farm, where the Chickens are treated properly.. i.e happy Chickens make good eggs....unhappy Chickens make bad eggs .... Make sure the Chickens have been allowed to run around the farm and not battery hatched Chickens.... Believe me it makes a difference to the makeup of the egg...

  • @gerry2345 ...simple, but spot on!

  • Well scoobies... I better eat those eggs...

  • It's not so much "are eggs bad?" it's now "what eggs are good?" and "what's the best way to eat them?"

For the former question, there's no regulation over claims of "free range" or "cage free" so you really can't guarantee the quality of the egg unless you care for the chickens yourself.

For the latter question, there have been some studies that suggested heating or mixing the yoke(scrambling) could elevate LDL ("bad" cholesterol) levels

  • It really surprises me to see so many negative comments about eggs. In the country of Japan, eggs are eaten every day by majority of the people there. They have one of the highest ratings for being the healthiest country in the world. People here complain about eggs and talk about how bad it is for you... yet it's common for them to eat french fries, chips, donuts, ice cream.. the list goes on and on. Well, congrats for cutting eggs out of your diet and enjoy your fatty burger!

  • good point!

  • @MitsuCM80 good food for thought

  • @MitsuCM80 - beautifully said, I used to work with a women who would freak if there was no skim milk in the fridge for her morning coffee ... she was obsessed with avoiding fats at all costs ... the funny thing was she would make her coffee and with it she'd have a plate of six Oreos ... simply incredible!!

  • @MitsuCM80 i love eggs. MMmm.:O)

  • @MitsuCM80 It makes sense, I just wonder if having too much eggs at one particular time might be bad, over-indulgence of say 4-6 fried eggs at one time, but say I was to only have it once every 2 weeks on average. Seeing as though you have the highest rated comment and I am a exercise/nutritional buff, what do you think. I When I do tend to have eggs I mix in a lot of vegetables within the meal, or an entire bowl of oatmeal, in an attempt to wrap up some of the cholesterol within the oatmeal.

  • @SSSDiaz7, I'm 6'4"x200lbs, athletic, very active, I'll go through 8 eggs in a meal sometimes, along with burger patty. However, I need high quality, so that means quality, humanely grown eggs ('organic', outdoor access), and similarly with beef, preferably grass fed. Yes, they can all cost a little more. But they taste and 'feel' the best to my body. I live to perform. The cholesterol problem people have is due to poor quality foods in the diet, not merely animal product foods.

  • It's a shame that you need to cite so many studies to convince people that this prehistoric, natual, whole food is not actually bad for us.

  • @BarkusMuhl Some prehistoric, natural, whole food are bad for you. ie milk, potatoes and to a certain degree, red meat.

  • @BarkusMuhl I get organic man. Im vegetarian. Kinda. Main sources of protein are legumes, fish. and eggs. Sick of other meats. i hate how people bash eggs, yet go to fast food restaurants.

  • I stopped eating eggs after viewing this youtube video: watch?v=JJ--faib7to

  • everything in limitation is good for u

  • @alexxx1836 thats wat my bio teacher says everyday....

  • So alexxx, are two bullets in your gut instead of five good for you??

    Just saying, lol!!

  • Oh yeah, a little cyanide on the weekends never hurt anybody.

  • Yeeehaw I can go back to eating eggs. *\o/*

  • i am biased, i fukken hate eggs!!!

  • doesn't cholesterol also act as an antioxidant?

  • there are two types of cholesterol Geez.. good and Bad cholesterol .. eggs happen to be full of protein and good cholesterol how the heck else would a chick survive being bathed in what would be the equivalent of a jacuzzi of eggs to a human for a month or more?

  • there is no such thing as bad cholesterol or good cholesterol; it is one molecule same molecule!

  • It's the way the cholesterol is packaged you nimwit.

  • @slyth13 its packaged AFTER absorption into ur bloodstream IMBECILE!

  • right, eggs are good for you, if you happen to be a unborn baby chicken.

  • only use organic egg. try to limit to 1 egg a day, and also boil the egg, dont fry it, if u fry, ur adding more cholesterol and fat. and the best time to consume an egg is in the morning as a part of breakfast.

  • I eat eggs a lot. They are really nutritious

  • Dont listen to those people who say egg is harmful, Dont listen to those people who say egg is not harmful, Dont even listen to me. Do whatever you want, again it is up to you to decide to do whatever you want. Nobody can say what is good or bad for you except yourself.
