  • how to you go to the bathroom if you keep riding all day?

  • @aguynamedDean this is how: (cut and paste the url into the youtube thing) ?v=tvdkfW6b5ks

  • @MrSuperbizzle I'm american and live in France now and I don't know too many people at all that like the English either, you uncultured fuck... I stepped out of the mold and I learned 4 other languages...

  • if you watch nascar on daytona and talladega, when someone makes a mistake in a large group of cars, everyone else gets involved. That's exactly what will happen if you make a mistake in a tour de france race while riding in a large group of bikes.

  • These guys are sooo good , I hate seeing crashes. :((

  • The occupational hazards of drafting, example 185. (Poor guys!)

  • wonder if my 86 Cannondale can take these guys

  • If Chuck Norris was there, he could've jumped over the pile of crashed bikes. :D

  • mga ....alid man tong nangatumba .....hahahahaha

  • Good strategy to secure a top position.

  • Domino! xD

  • muhahaha like domino

  • It was won by Gert Steegmans!

This is the stage in Ghent(Belgium)

  • english should be the univerasal language, then no one would have to learn any other languages.

  • @MrSuperbizzle and you wonder why people don't like us?(Americans) shut up.

  • @kestrelrace01 im English u dickhead. Yeah ur right, people dont like Americans.

  • omg lool

  • haha that was awwesomme!!!! ha the guy in the blue, uhh should i go?! lol

  • nice

  • who won in 2007..? Rasmussen right?

  • It was won by Alberto Contador. Rasmussen have never won a GT and properly never will.

  • And thats why we wear helmets

  • Brutal!!!

  • lol looks funny

  • That wouldn't be fun for the people in it, ouch!

  • saw this live

  • it was in Gent at belgium

  • we have a saying taht goes

    dumb belgiums

  • Thats an insult to me.

    So fuck you. :]

  • 1: we have the permission to get the tour into belgium. which you can't

2: The 'Gentse feesten' is one of the best evenements in Europe, over 10 millions visitors in 10 days, which you cant say about your city or even your country.

3: First, look at yourself when you call belgians dumb,

    4: Learn english

    fag -_-

  • HAHAHAHA BURN JUDES

  • In addition. This sport is the most strict sport about athletes doping. Baseball, basketball, football, tennis, and etc. Rarely test for doping every what? 6 months?

These guys get tested every race and 6 weeks before a race.

During the Tour de France. They sometimes have unscheduled testing.

If you win a stage race, you are tested within minutes.

  • Yeah they test at least once per week during the Tour de France

  • the dumb fucktard swerved off his line and brought down 2 guys which started the whole thing

  • its like dominos :o

  • alright... who threw the broom handle out into the cyclists wheels???!

  • they call it the domino effect

  • the guys in front are so lucky

  • LMFAOROTFLOMGLOL!

  • i remember that, must have hurt!

  • Crashes wernt as bad in sprint finishes before EPO and transfusions. 50km/hr is a lot better that 60km/hr.

  • Hey mustard.

How about how technology has changed oh so much?

I'm sure you are aware how stiff those bikes are that every pedal stroke gets direct power transfer.

While before EPO, riders were still riding aloy and sometimes steel frames that gets lateral movement in the bottom bracket.

Most riders may be taking EPO or drug enhancements, but not all. Is that how you judge many riders? That if you see a pro rider, you expect him that he takes drugs?

That is a disgrace to the sport.

  • lmao should of gone to spec savers

  • LMFAO

  • bahaha

  • all though it is bad for the atheletes. these crashes are what everyone hopes to see in races like nascar and bike races. don't everyone agree?

  • not necessarilly in mike races, but you hit it on the money in nascar

  • Decom,

A average pro racer burns 10 times more calories than a average pro baseball player.

You compare a pro rider's heart with a football players heart. The cyclist still has the bigger heart.

You compare their VO2 Max and the cyclist still has more Vo2 lung capacity.

In this sport, there is to benches where someone can just sub for you if you get tired. You either ride, or abandon.

It is a difficult sport, that is why cycling is very strict about doping. Unlike any other sport.

  • Youch!! Bactine to the rescue!!!

  • hhh ils ont fermée la route koi xd

  • the only reason i see the bycicle racing is cause of the crashes lol!

  • About 10 riders had a big advantage after that stage LOL.

  • he took out like 1/2 of the pellaton.

  • i remeber, i saw it live

  • Bit of a roadblock!

  • i remember that one, lmao

  • nah i don't hate it it's a little cruel but these things makes the sport so good all the risks and stuff

  • ohhhhhhhh man i hate crashes like that they were all tangle up oooooooooooh

  • pwned

  • O-W-N-D

  • the guy who started it got away!!

  • una caida mas de el tour de france

  • ahahahahhahaahah

  • wonder if they were chewing gum

  • Why would they???

  • lol when i did my first race i had an accident, but was lucky except my bike..

  • i dont think there is a tougher and more demanding sport than cycling.

the athletes are true gladiators. not getting back up and riding after a crash. that's easy! it is when you need to 'suffer' (all you cyclist know what i am talking about) up long huge climbs.

  • How about triathlon or ultrarunning? Though I suppose RAAM is the baddest of badass races so....DAMMIT! Now how am I going to impress women? lol

  • we could all start a new trend of raam triathlons!!! that should impress 'some' women!!! :D

  • Lol, yeah that would be the ultimate in badass...someone will probably suggest it seriously one of these days. I thought the Badwater Ultra was insane and then I found out some sickos do it twice! Then there's the Ultraman triathlon which is triple the ironman distance broken up into 3 days of racing. Chee ripes!

  • lmao

  • yes babyyyy!

  • why?

  • oh yeah mate, pussies?

try fucking riding almost all day every day as hard as you can, eating while your riding because u dont have the time for it, imagine that feeling, do u have any idea how fit these guys would be? Explain to me how you are so much better

  • Take the paris roubaix race. 160 miles in 1 day,8 hours of riding including speeds of 40mph, then say you don't need good strength and balance, especially with tyres half the size of a mtb's.

I think our sports both have advantages so you don't need to insult 'roadies'.

  • Or the Tour of Flanders, you guys would never get up the worst hills there. 19% with wet cobblestones.

  • Oh yeah, cos going along some mud at 10mph is so cool. ohhh, the g force could kill you.

  • try going down a twisting narrow track that is not flat, riding off drops etc. At 25mph+. Or try the red bull district ride. Or even go so far as to say try slopestyle, a mix of both the above. To ride along a road requires fitness. To do real biking requires fitness aswell as balance, good reflexes, strength... the list goes on. Its more fun too. Onece youve seen one road, youve seen them all.

  • Oh yeah, cos going along some mud at 10mph is so cool. ohhh, the g force could kill you.

  • Kratos is a twat.

  • ouch, road rash

  • hahahaha =)))

  • rofl,

  • that sucks

  • Blahahahaha...

  • Did u notice the guy who started it got away in the end??

  • it was zabel ;)

  • All the guys in front of that were probably thinking, "YES! that cuts my competition in half."

  • that hurt

  • i saw this live, thats was realy nasty

  • lol livestion, thats harsh, but true, it is easly the most demanding sports in the world, they deserve respect for it, ive been bike conditioning for little over 3 years now, i go on 6-10 hours rides everyday, and not to meantion the anerobic exercises to tone ur back for it. and still i can honestly say, if i did that race, id look like a complete amateur even against the last place guy in the race.

  • a 6-10 hour ride everyday is too much, and not possible, timewise. eat healthier and stricter, ride harder for less time, quit toning your back, toning is for bodybuilding and modeling. for every back exercise do two abdominal ones. drink a ton of water and overreplenish your electrolyte intake. anaerobics wont help in cycling, where your muscles need alot of oxygen over an extended period of time. starving them anaerobicly will cause you injury. im an educated trainer. good luck to you.

  • it is not impossible timewise, i live right next to a bike trail and ride my bike on the trail to get to work everyday. if i take a light pace and dont rush anything it takes about 2 hour to get to work, figure both ways about 4 hours.. and i take a leisure ride in the evening also which is sometimes up to 3-4 hours. It is one of the only things that doesnt need money investing. that i really enjoy besides going skiing or atving up in the mountains.

  • as far as food goes, i hate icecream, chocholate its rare, and hamsandwhiches good. but i am not trying to become some pro.

  • Good point on the bike path etc., to and from work. Apologies there, I hadnt considered that possibility. Good on you for choosing that method of travel in an time of so much unnecessary vehicle use. Mountain air is extremely clean, as im sure you know, making excellent exercise conditions. A lot cleaner than city, even rural air, nowadays. I wasnt belittling any hopes you had, perhaps i offered my opinion a bit abruptly with too little sleep the evening i posted. Take care and good luck. :)

  • spritzer99 i would like to meet you one day and beat the shit out of you because you are a fatass who plays videogames all day and and sucks at life. anyone who disses cyclists have no self esteem because they are fat and suck at sports, and they have nowhere to vent their own insecurities. cycling is one the hardest sports respect it you fatasses

  • you've managed to completely misdirect your hateful insult very successfully. instead of rebutting spritzer99 you insulted; obese folks, gamers, and people who arent as athletic as others. i didnt know self esteem was solely based on being fit and athletic. perhaps YOU need somplace "to vent some insecurities"?. great comment chap, hopefully it relieved some of your super-duper high esteem, fit, athletic, super success-at-life stress there champ.

  • Så kan de lære det...

  • psh, ill be ready for him with my 48" blade Scimitar ill be like BRING IT BITCH!!!1

  • Bike crashes suck. I was out riding my bike on a country road when a 16 year old fat girl was texting her friends and didn't see me. I was on the shoulder, but she was over the white line. Her mirror hit my leg at 65MPH and knocked me off of my bike. I was all phuked up. I had a huge bruise on my leg and road rash everywhere. She did get out to check on me, but the food-blister didn't even put out her ciggy.

  • stupid bitch...

  • hakkujin, that bitch well have it come back to her one day or maybe shes dead...hopefully

  • Hard crash!

  • die!

  • You are the kind of person that sits at home, in your mom's basement, playing video games. You suck at all sports, but you wouldn't know because you've never tried anything. You will never have a girlfriend and since you are a fat sloth, you will die cold and alone due to heart failure before you are 50.

  • man u know this guy too well my friend

  • dont be so hard at him lol

  • Check out this video on Youtube

Tour De France Do You Have What It Takes

  • haha assholes

  • oh shit some asshole made the big trouble

  • ouch! rofl! 1 shot all lol:D

  • rofl!!!

  • You should be pureed and served chilled in a water bottle so that a cyclist can drink your liquified corpse for sustenance. Now that shit would be funny.

  • dude are u a canibal or something , it seems like it

  • Like Eddy Merckx, lol. ;)

  • yeah u do that

  • you're a phucking dumbass.. get a life you scumbag!

  • dude calm down

  • ...woah nelly

  • ouch

  • ROFL

  • lol

  • man that has got to hurt man ouch

  • Go die in a fire.

  • Wo0w Nice Shot!

  • Under Tour rules, every rider stuck behind the crash gets the same finishing time.

  • jajaja

  • wow that hurt

  • Seriously Curious: What do these guys do when they have to take a leak (urinate) mid-ride? Are there breaks given? Points taken off?

  • they urinatz before race dum-dum

  • they race for hours at a time, take in huge amounts of hydrating liquids, and they need go only before the race? and screw the "dum dum" remark.

  • ok soz for the dum-dum

but they hydrate and when you do it for hours

    you need to drink

so,if they drink then the water turns into sweat

  • They urinate during a points when no action is taken in the peloton, often tens of riders go stand at the side of the road at once. Then those riders can ride back to the peloton using a chain. Normally, and that's if you're a normal cyclist and not a selfish one, you won't attack out of the peloton during this peeing pause. Of course the riders go to the toilet before the race, but often during it too, but who wants to see that on TV? That's why you don't know how and when

  • Thanks! This actually a very informative answer.

  • Some riders have been known to take a number 2 whilst riding, not sure how often this happens though

  • I am a Marine. We go on hikes for 20 and 40 miles at a time. Our packs are heavy too. Not always, but sometimes, they weigh 120+ lbs. We can drink more than a gallon of water or pedialite before and during this kind of hike. But, because you sweat so much, sometimes you won't have to pee once.

  • ya i know what ya mean man. sometimes when im on a 50 mile+ bike ride at 20 mph in the dog days of summer i drink a gallon of water and dont even think about needing to piss cause i dont need to.

  • the people who kept on going where really lucky, but the other ones weren't they had to stay behind!!LOL. Anyways that crash wasn't bid it was HUGE!

  • lol owned, they h8 that.

  • Anybody that laughs at that OBVIOUSLY doesnt ride and hasn't had a wreck. If you did you'd know how bad road rash hurts....and you'd shut up!

  • that one hurt

  • damn

  • ROFLMAO HAHAHAHAHA.. lol i shudn't be laughing buy hey

  • i saw that live. it's amazing more guys didn't get seriously injured. i love the tour, and the crashes scare me to death. a guy died in 2003 from a crash. it's no joke. they break bones a lot in these accidents. one guy broke his back, ribs, collarbone, and shoulderblade in a downhill crash a few days later.

  • Like.. ow.

  • lol lol lol lol lol lol

  • crap thats bad

  • jajjaa por comefideos putos depilados agan dh!!

  • HEADSHOT!!!

  • haha stupid whit ppl

  • holy shit

  • this was horrible

  • I love the Tour because the spectators can get involved! One of them was in a coma!! Bestest race ever!
