This is not by Cosmo and The Carnations. It's by Cosmo and The Counts. Cosmo started out with The Sultans, then formed his own group, The Counts. Some of The Counts left the group, with some of them joining Brenda Lee's group The Casuals. Wayne Young, lead guitarist, went on to found Soul Inc.

It is from 61', on the 'Tilt' label and distributed by London recordings. Tommy 'Cosmo' Cosdon was the lead singer of 'Soul Inc' for a while too, I believe
