These come with massaging, reclining and heated rear seats.
However an equivalent spec of the LS430 and LS460 woth all the top features were sold worldwide, so you rather bet on the ones sold in youtr own country.
Like here in the UK, they only sell the TOP SPEC LS430, which comes with literally everything.
They didnt bother with lower specs, because it sells in small numbers.
I agree, if I was buying a later one, it would be UK, unless a JDM one came up with something really special at a magic price.
But otherwise I totally agree with what you say.

Yeah, it was a JDM model, personally imported into the UK by a South African Ex-Pat.
Now sold to a guy in Halifax, Yorkshire so I hope he enjoys it.
It was basically the same as the 1990-1993 LS400 with extra toys.

This edition never imported to US, until LS430 comes along.
