I believe you're in error. I have never seen a sign at Knott's or at Universal saying "NO PHOTOGRAPHY OR VIDEO RECORDING OF ANY KIND", only no flash photography and no video lights.

Only the Queen Mary Shipwreck event has a no-cameras policy (something that I think is a total mistake and turns me off to that event even more).

I freeze-framed the sign at 0:15 in my original footage and the final bulletpoint reads "No Flash Photography". The other bulletpoints are things like "no touching".
