The MLB was trying to clean the game up, and getting Rid of him was a major move in doing that, and they didn't want the scandal that ended up happening so they were doing moves undercover so Jose Snitched, and told on everyone as revenge... @kayddle Look Jose also was a guy who was always hurt, and didnt play much the last 10 years of his career due to "suspect injuries" if you get my drift, So while yes they looked away for years while some I think when it became to well known, and it started to become a problem the folks who run MLB had to put an end to it, getting rid of Jose was the logical thing to do. You remove the cancer if possible, and he was a cancer. He is also a guy who made himself not wanted by always "being hurt."

@NewLogicEnt Suspect injuries or not, its pretty hard to tell someone they are not hurt. Steroids are good for short term and recovery, but long-term can typically cause damage. I am not saying Jose was an angel that got completely screwed over. The majority of the "cancer" was the aiding of the front offices, executives, trainer and league officials to the steroid matter but also being just far enough removed to claim ignorance. Jose wasn't a liar therefore more of a man than the the rest.

This is just stupid. Hogan weighs 190 and most of it is flab. Canseco weighs 240 and most of it is muscle and is 15 yrs younger. There is no way Canseco can lose unless he's blind in both eyes. this was the dumbest "boxing" match I've ever watched. It's obvious that it was a staged "fight" just by seeing all the weak jabs being thrown. Pretty much every "punch" was a tap, especially the body shots by Hogan at 1:01. If anyone believes this fight was for real, you're fooling yourself. Regardless of Canseco's fighting skills, with all that muscle he has, his punches could've popped Hogan's hip out if he really wanted to
