I always thought squeezing was like before you activate starpower, wait until the note pretty much passes by, but activate starpower really fast AND hit the note, so you have more starpower than you originally would if you hadn't waited.

no squeezing is using the select button..but u know that u can hit notes late on gh3

and u do that on purpose and then press select so u get 1 extra note in the star power

Pressing select makes it easier to activate starpower at the perfect time so you can get an extra note with before it ends.

if you strum at the edge of the strummer u can easily reach the - button with your palm and u just have to move ur palm a bit to activate
