@Dop122 I was born in'73. I still listen to 80's stuff but now listen to more thrash metal than anything. It is the most realistic music out...it isn't all about satanism and never was. These songs do bring back memories though. I graduated high school in '91...as a headbanger...PEACE!
@MPetrozzaIsGod I know right I don't listen to Metal music but I think they do exaggerate the fact that have metal is devil worship music I mean just because a couple of a**holes backwards mask some Satanic messages doesn't mean everyone does. I mean have you heard Ave Satani it literally means Hail Satan and it's like french opera or something. I realize it was for a movie but still I see no one attacking that.
@Dop122 I'm a Christian and simply separate religion from art. Music is art. I'm sure you are a cool kid. If you wanna listen to some REAL thrash metal that brings a positive attitude and message. Listen to a song called "People of the Lie" by my favorite band, Kreator. This will be my only shot at trying to turn you into a metalhead. Just humor me and listen to it if you get a chance. This is a German band doing a somewhat abstract song on the lies behind the atrocities of WWII's holocaust.
@Dop122 ...and don't listen to me at all. Make your own choices about music. I like Kreator because they are a brutal thrash metal band that write their songs about the evils of governments...for the most part. I listen to almost no mainstream music. Please...if you have the time, tell me about the music that you like so I can check it out. I'll send you a personal message and friend invitation. I'd really like to know what kids (kids, ha, I'm 38) are listening to.
@Dop122 I was born in 87. I have always felt like I should have been a teenager in the 70's/80's! The music rocked:) They don't make it like they used to! I rock out to it all the time though. <3
There is life in this song, I just hope people understand me when I say that THESE DAYS ITS CALLED DEAD NUMBERS CAUSE THEY DO NOT HAVE LIFE IN THEM unlike the classics...
I WISH I WAS BORN IN THE 70'S SO I COULD'VE GROWN UP LISTENING TO 80'S MUSIC I WAS BORN IN 91 >:(

The 80's is the greatest decade for music ever. Regardless of the genre, the majority of the songs were really good such as this one.

music exploded in the 80's.. Rock, Metal, Rap, Soul, Pop - it was all there and it was all good clean fun.
