  • River Ranch is very expensive but definitely new urban. Personally I dont like it there because its kind of a stuck up place, but it definitely has a sense of place. It looks a lot like New Orleans in some spots, but I like the design of it. Just not the people who live there. My own neighborhood is actually close to it in a place called Broadmoor, which is an older subdivision with walkable sidewalks thsat people use frequently, as well as narrow streets with cars parking on the sides.

  • Beware the 'American Planning Association'. they have ads on radio wanting to help you plan your free time. This is the UN folks, Orwell on steroids! Banish these people from your towns!

  • what? U.N.O.P stands for United Nations of Pytteland!

  • great presentation

  • Thank you Mississippi and Louisania for choosing New Urbanism rather than sprawl for future communities.

  • Andres has very wonderful ideas, most of which are not readily apparent in this very brief introduction.

  • @NuHerbAndIzm Most of which are instigated by the UN, the most evil organization on the planet.
