I paid $600 new for my H4 w/case. It is about 2 years old and has been out in the cold for two winters and none of the wood has cracked yet. Did I get a lemon? Oh ya, I do like the MK too. Way too much overdrive in the demo for me though.
The Parkwood Hybrid is extremely hard to find now, and if you find it on ebay or whatever, you'll be overpaying. I bought a new Micheal Kelly for just 650$, a real bargain, and it's incredible. The finish is also much prettier.
I wonder if anybody out there eats other than mcdonalds, burger king and wendys;not everybody likes DiMarzio,Seymour D.or EMG.There really are other brands of p.u.'s;Randall p.u's from my own experience rock and as far as the buzz goes that some people have mentioned about Rockfield;well they must have uhf owl ears because first off when it comes down to pick up's it really is all in the materials and rockfield doesn't use cheaper material or less coil than the others thats just horse shit.
lol. He actually does look like him. But thats actually Todd Rockfield. Owner of Rockfield pickups. They're pretty good inexpensive pickups and it makes sense in this video since every pic or vid of him has him playing a Michael kelly guitar.
I just bought one today. Traded an old fender squire and a washburn acoutsic for this one. Have an acoustic gig tonight and can't wait to use it. The two amps at once did not work but I am about to try it again
I don't know that I'd ever use the blended sound directly with the Y cable, but it's a cool feature anyway. I played one of these a couple months ago and, while it's no Taylor T5 (which is what I thought it was at first glance), it's a decent guitar with a good unplugged acoustic sound too.
On an unrelated note, it's a shame the sound and video seem to be out of sync... and also that you misspelled "con(s)truction."
its only flaws are the screws that hold the amp port on, when i bought mine the screws were rather lose and after one of them fell out i replaced the entire set, other than that its awesome plus the dual amp functionality totally pwns
I've played 1 of these, in a store. They are SOOOO nice! I like the action, right out of the box. It's buttery-smooth. You can really rock stuff like Nickelback, etc. on a guitar like this. I like every Michael Kelly guitar I've played, so-far.

I have a Taylor T5 and I will say this sounds like a great guitar for a lot less cash. Not saying it is better so don't go all crazy on me
