Mr. Anderson, I'm sorry you're upset about what happened, but I believe you brought that upon yourself by your reaction to men who were just trying to do their jobs. Proverbs says a kind word turns away wrath, but from your description of what you said it just the opposite of what the Bible tells us to do. You would have saved a lot of time by letting the authorities do what they feel necessary to do in order to protect the greater good whether you think it necessary or not.

The problem is not whether he is upset its the simple fact the government is not following the RULE OF LAW. The Border is 75 miles south of where the checkpoint is and never intersects the border. There is this Right called the 4th amendment which says you have a right to lawful search. When one persons rights are infringed, ALL people's rights are infringed. I have seen the other videos of this person traveling through checkpoints in what appears to me as a well thought out plan in hopes of suing the government. I grew up along the southern border, these checkpoints are not new, they are not a product of 9/11, the checkpoints have been around long before 9/11 and the Border Patrol has always manned these checkpoints. The Border Patrol is looking for drugs and illegal immigrants plain and simple. This Pastor is an opportunist looking to make a buck.

Oh please! This pastor is no crusader and his actions are in no way a means to protect anyones rights. Going through a checkpoint and refusing to answer questions from federal officers who are trying to keep drugs out of the country is no heroic act.
