Fabulous camera shot of this ride! The best quality I have seen yet of all the camera shots of Sorain And no dangling feet frame either. Great camerawork. On a side note I have been considering a Canon HF 11 and this video has me sold on it since yours is an HF 10. I've been shooting with a Panasonic TM300 3-chip HD camera, but still it seems the HF 10 and 11 give better results.

@HudDog418 No, they should make a version of the ride in 3D, but keep a 2D similator for people who are stereoblind (which means that they can't see the 3D effect). I'm tired of not being able to ride certain rides without throwing up because I'm trying to make sense of the blurs in front of me.

oh, I love this! my favorite attraction at EPCOT! this is a really great quality video! great job man! I love riding this! It's one of the most beautiful "rides" at the parks. It really does make you feel like you're flying and it just feels so amazing. I've rode this one countless times over and I love it...not only are the sights breathtakingly beautiful, but the music is so amazing....I can't wait for my next WDW trip next year! It's gonna be awesome!

I have a friend who is afraid of flying, only because of the whole 'steel tube off of the ground' aspect. He love this ride. He will still not get on a plane, but the fact that he was in something attached to the ground made it 'OK' to get on this ride. My recommendation is if someone has these fears to make sure they are seated in 'Gate C" which is closest to the ground while on the ride.

This is one of my favorite attractions at Disneyworld. Its like being a bird soaring over California. I only wish the ride was longer. Need a fastpass though, otherwise the line can be 2-3 hours long.

This may just be at the one in California, but I believe that they stopped putting the smell of the ocean and of oranges in with the wind. I think it was because of trouble with people's alergic reactions to whatever they sprayed (or however they get the smell in the air). Great ride though. I find it very peaceful, and it always reminds me of when I used to live in California.

@coolness997 Not even that. I'm afraid of heights and this is one of my favorite rides of all time. I couldn't even tell how high I was because I was way too immersed in the video. I would think that this would only be an issue if you are *terrified* of heights or flying, but for those who are only afraid, you should be fine.

not scary... this ride is more like a family ride... what it does is is lifts you up and then there is this really huge screen in front of you. it plays and it feels like your soarin over california. its nothing compared to star tours if you have ever went on that
