Sebenonya aku agak je.Pasal aku tedngar selepas Sepang round tahun lepas, akan ada pasukan/driver dari Malaysia nk participate SuperGT Sepang round tahun ni.

Dulu first time dengan Team Lotus hancus, psal itu hari Lotus punye engine sudah hangus.

Tapi class GT300 lagi banyak jenis kereta, compare dengan GT500 (3 jenis je?)But still SuperGT is one of the world's largest GT series. Only FIA GT3 has the same level of grid/variety , try check it out.

what I know new car, BMW Z4 M Coupe race car will race in round 6 SUPER GT 2008..

BMW motorsports memang sudah lama apply nak masuk bertanding dalam kejohanan SUPER GT.. baru sekarang diaorang sudah confirm nak masuk bertanding dalam Super GT 2008 round 6.. tak boleh pandang ringan, ingat lagi tak dulu Porsche (syarikat automotif dari Germany juga tu) masuk bertanding kejuaraan SUPER GT terus jadi juara SUPER GT kategori GT300..

I think the GT300 Gallardo is using standard 500bhp engine, but with higher weight penalty compared to the rest(most of the Japanese cars have 300+ bhp).However it also received aerodynamic & suspension geometry modification.

usually SUPER GT cars use power output rating called PS, which stands for Pferdestärke (literally, 'horse strength').

maximum GT500 horsepower is 500ps, maximum GT300 horsepower is 300ps.. depend on the SUPER GT and JAF because they set the rules, but for sure GT300 cars can't exceed the GT500 cars performance

GT300 can't exceed the performance of the GT500-yes but not just on engine power. It's overall; power-to-weight ratio & suspension modification. Last time in 2004/05 , Mclaren F1 GTR & Ferrari Maranello yg ada 600bhp pun tak leh challenge most of the Japanese cars , yang ada lebih kurang 500bhp...

yup, PETRONAS involved in Japan Super GT (JGTC) championship currently

the team name is "PETRONAS TOYOTA TEAM TOM'S" in GT500 category.. see the description "About This Video" at the left =)

that same team was a Japan Super GT500 champion year 2006!

on 20 Jun 2008 - 22 June 2008 will be the race of Japan Super GT at Sepang F1 circuit, Malaysia! (^^,)

I really like Formula One and Super GT JAPAN.. good PETRONAS Malaysia have a partnership with BMW (that its engine received so many awards last year, 2007) and TOYOTA in Japan Super GT which is number 1 automotive company in Japan!
