The blue roses on Erika's dress and crown is symbolism for attaining the impossible dream. Blue roses symbolize this because there are no real blue roses found in nature. Although, they're starting to sell them in Japan, they implanted the blue pigment called delphinidin, into a white rose making it a blueish violet.

I love this song, and I think that it's really cool the detail and even symbolism that they put into Barbie movies, alongside with some great songs!
