  • New use for Sazon! It is great for thin sliced beefsteak and onions.

  • "Sazonar" in Spain means just to put salt and pepper in any food you are cooking. Or even any other spices....essentially means to use any spice to season wharever you like to cook.

  • whats spanish sazon?

  • The word "sazon" in Spanish literally means "seasoning".

  • So translated, it just means "seasoned burgers"?

  • Essentially it means "Spanish seasoned burgers".

  • Bob, you gotta keep talkin, even if only about the weather or something, keep talkin. The narators voice makes the movie. Nice looking burger.

  • De todas maneras la carne se ve bien sazonada!

    Saludos.

  • Nice,.

  • Who care's food is food just enjoy it :D

  • To make it even better you may want to saute the onions/peppers/garlic before adding it to the meat. Otherwise the meat insulates them from actually cooking.

  • Hey Globalpack, we do 'em your way as well. But, most of the time we don't saute the veggies first. That fresh garlic, onion, and bell pepper in these bad boys is burger sensory overload and that gets a lot of "damn good" comments from those eating at the Pit. -BBQ Pit Boys

  • @BarbecueWeb

How long do the burgers usually take to cook, and once you've moved them off of the coals, do you still have to flip them?

  • neee...if Bob is not in the video thats does not looking goood....

  • sazon is a puerto rican seasoning not spanish also to clear things up, beause they speak spanish does not in anyway make them their food or their seasonings spanish: i'm from the US and speak English that doesn't make me English unless i'm from England

  • hey luke, you're getting way too detailed and personal. Actually, the seasoning is a blend of salt, garlic, cumin and some saffron which gives it that color. We not much interested in its exact origin, it could be ancient Egypt for all we know. We always called it a Spanish seasoning, so apologies to our Spanish and Puerto Rican friends! -BBQ PitBoys

  • i here ya thanx for the reply no offense intended

  • @BarbecueWeb In fact, 'sazón' is the spanish for 'seasoning', so it can be generic for any kind of seasoning.

  • @BarbecueWeb for me the food origin is important and by this i mean that the meat come from a butcher and not the store hahaha

  • Sazon is a type of seasoned salt found in Spanish and Mexican markets. The seasoning is used on meats, fish, poultry and even to flavor soups and stews. One popular brand is by Goya Foods. Typical ingredients include, cilantro, achiote, garlic, salt. Has nothing to do with Puerto Rico!!

  • thanx for the info

  • @waytogoluke take ur dick out of ur ass

  • @sadmuel sure if it's going in your mouth

  • @waytogoluke Your an idiot sazon means seasoning meaning every culture uses it....yesh some idiots here sazon is spanish for seasoning

  • @XLR8SS1 in this case we're talking about a specific seasoning that is named sazon not seasoning it's self or the concept of seasoning something used as a verb

  • @waytogoluke its not only puerto rican....

  • need some deer meat recepies , boyz

  • was that benise in the background?

  • I love the fake sizzling sounds from the meat :P

  • 3:27
