Though I usually think Peter Cullen can voice characters like KARR (and Optimus Prime) the absolute best, bar none, I honestly liked Paul Frees better as KITT's twin-- he managed to make KARR sound truly evil and malicious, having a certain darkness in his voice that Cullen just did not quite seem to capture with KARR (though this in NO way means that I think that Cullen did a poor job, just that there is someone that I like just a little bit better).
