Virgin America is a VERY disappointing airline company. They don't seem to like the idea of having kids on board. The last time I flew Virgin America, I asked for a cup of water. That lady totally ignored me. She scoffed and just walked away. Overall, I believe Virgin America is not right for a family vacation or a business trip. It's supposed to be for people who are just on it for the price. But if you actually went and calculated, a round trip ticket is at least $120.
Umm, I just flew LA-NY ... one-way on Delta and one-way on Virgin America. There wasn't any difference. In fact, my coach seat had more space on Delta...

@CngDelta757 haha, I've flown with Virgin & Delta as well. Delta is alright, but they need to modernize just a little bit. Some minors tweeks should do the trick (change the IFE software, add mood lighting, WiFi). Compared to other airlines (except Virgin America), Delta is great. Virgin America was excellent.

@JASPREET42 Add WiFi on Delta? Delta has WiFi on 95% of there mainline fleet which consists of hundreds of aircraft. They are also expanding it to there regional aircraft. Delta is the king of WiFI.

Some minors tweeks should do the trick (change the IFE software, add mood lighting, WiFi). Compared to other airlines (except Virgin America), Delta is great. Virgin America was excellent.
