  • What are you doing?

    Show what to us?

  • @TheWaitomo, This is the Biondi Drill used to develop timing when learning butterfly. Make sure your body is arched upwards before you pull. Also helps to learn a quiet recovery. Although looking back at this video from three years ago, there are some things I was not doing very well in it.

The Biondi Drill is referenced in "Championship Swim Training" and is also referenced in the book "Swimming Made Easy" where they call is stoneskipper.

  • Lol at the comments.

    That jammer rocks. Good views.

Good demonstration, albeit not technically great, the concept is there and I haven't seen anyone else post this drill so way to go in ur awesome pants.

  • Well, its close, The drill is suppose to have 6 downward kicks between pulls....also, who let you in the pool with those crazy shorts! lmao !

  • @ericorca You're just jealous of my shorts.
