This is truly a masterpiece Rylan! It is certainly original which is something I wish I could be! You teddy bears are adorable and your bow is beautiful! I'm just in awe of how perfectly executed this cake is. Also, I've been really ready for winter and this cake put me more in the mood!
Thank you. The ribbon is actually a mixture of chocolate, food coloring, tylose and Satin Ice fondant. I don't have the exact measurements because I just went along with it.

QUestion- do you know how.. or have you make a cheesecake covered with fondant.? I have a friend that wants a wedding cake made out of cheesecake.. please help!
Thanks Shelenator. I've never covered a cheesecake in fondant. I know a place that does. They cover their cake in chocolate but I really don't know how they do it. I think it is possible to cover it in fondant, I would just use ganache under fondant.

I have to be honest with you, that cake doesnt look as it is for a 1 year-old-boy. You should have used pale colours. Try to thing like a child or look for differents toys online in order to have an idea of which colours to use or even which type of cake to create. Apart from that, the cake looks awesome and perfect.
I love the idea of the strips and the teddies are just so sweet. You are an artist my friend :)

Just go on CC and get some childish ideas next time, maybe go with more pastel colors. Try and make it fun or whimsical. Just suggestions Rylan. you can do it! :)

the cake itslf is original....i love the way u made the bottom tier stand tall...simple unique and butiful....the bears luks so cute ....n i also love the dripping snow effect u made.... n the tree its seems so real.... overall the cake luks original ....
