Honestly, I feel like when I watch someone with such muscle mass do a workout..it makes me feel like I'm doing it wrong or something. :(
Scott I have a few questions about running and ways to lose belly fat.
When I run on a track or treadmill, I accumulate tremendous lower back pains. Is there anything else I can do, cardio wise, to fill in the gap of my overall workout?
Also, is it ok to do abs and pushups everynight. Even though i weight train 3 hours before hand?
Although I already performed my ab workout earlier today (including the cable wood choppers I learned from you, which I totally love by the way) I gave this routine a whirl just a short while ago. I feel the burn far more than I do when doing my normal crunches and leg lifts. This is certainly going to change the way I work my abs! Thanks a ton!

i dont know if im doing it wrong, but in the beginning, even the first exercise was killing me, now, it's not really a problem, and its only gone 3 days, and now when i do both the exercisses with the legs, i hurt my back, just above the buttox :S its like the muscles there are straining or something :S

@J1MZA Actually I'm bigger then him. I'm 6ft 205lbs and 7%Bodyfat. People are idiots, doing all the ab workouts in the world won't give you abs. Go eat right, then you'll have abs.
@convictPKlol Maybe its because you are straining to hard? Or you havent stretch out? See how he didnt stretch in this video and he only did a few, because he felt that pressure. Which is bad because when you do all those excerises on his rules, your going to hurt yourself. You need to stretch out because it can and will hurt you. So just keep it on setting 1 and give your self a break before doing each routine and doing the circut 2 or 3 times.
@Gaby92910 Yeah I have been doing that, my abs have lost a lot of strength so im only doing setting 1 on each exercise and doing about 30 reps each.. its particularly upper abs that burn so much when i do it :( which is strange. obliques and lower abs seem ok.
its mostly doing the crunches first which drains all my energy.
after seeing this I'm pretty pumped up I manage to take away my tummy fat all I have to do is get rid of my side bellyfat I hope those right and left turns burn the hell of these grease I kept for years now it's total make over!

Scott, would you say you could have achieved the results you have in your abs doing this kind of thing at home without going to the gym at all? I would love to whip my abs into shape but I really can't afford a gym membership. Also if you had to pic a single exercise that is most effective for the v cut, what would it be? Hope to hear back from you!
This is great for anyone thinking in rehabilitation from a lower back muscular complaint as it will strengthen while maintaining correct posture as long as you are sensible with the number of reps I would highly recommend this.
This is the best ab workout ever !!

That has happened to me as well. To fix this, I held on to a drawer to help stabilize my lower back, and focused all the work on the lower abs.
