The point I'm trying to make is that, untimely it's government that decides what race you are, whether you like it or not. I know "Native Americans" that are 3/4 white,yet get a check form the collection of my tax dollars because they fit government's criteria of what a "Native American" is.When I said "She's black enough to be called "black"". I had basically no bitterness against white people heading into college having come from an 85% black high school but most black folks who had been the only/one of the few in a vast-majority white environment did.

To answer your question, YES! Teaching US about King Taharqa, in combination with the compulsory school subjects will DEFINITELY prepare us for life. Knowledge of that type gives blacks the confidence to work and live amongst their fellow humans and understand that they're equal. We should focus on CHARACTER education, to build the esteem and competence of our youth, regardless of race.
