I was so sad to hear this news, I am still in shock and my heart is so heavy.
I'm 34 years old and Michael's wonderful songs - and warm, incredibly energetic personality - have been a big part of my life since I was a child.
He was an amazing singer, writer and performer who brought such joy to millions of people and changed popular music forever.
RIP Michael Jackson.

Great musician, but he (no doubt accidentally) also gave birth to DANCING as a main part of music and a musician should not dance as such; now every freaking singer dances like a little girl at a kindergarten show. Michael Jackson was a genius. I knew is was a big icon, but never quite realised until know.
he will be very much missed from the music indurstry. He may not have realised a lot of music in recent years, but his previous music is unstoppable.
Troble is there is always that bit in my mind about child abuse. Was he actually guilty. Fans will never really know. He had too much money and power, so if he was guilt, i think he would have got away with it anyway.
