I was lucky the first time I fought him on floor 60. As Amy, I did the most impressive fight and got a perfect (without switching, HP absorbing or anything). I was lucky as hell, but it was amazing to fight the way I did. Ironic enough, I can never fight that way again. It was a one-time deal T_T

Oh dear, if you are A BIT interested in the game you get your millions of gold simply by improving your style in the TOLS descend. It also helps you winning online if you practice a little in the tower. ;)

@masseuphanasia it's not a glitch. algol ringed himself out. the "nullify ring out" skill only prevents you from knocking him out of the ring.

Actually Algol on TOLS on Floor 60 was not hard at all. I beat him with 1 character. Granted it was Astaroth using his "Down X then Y" cheap combo, but I had a much tougher time completing Floors 57 - 59.

60 isnt too easy, 59 was hard as was 45 but these three were pretty much the only stages i ever died. had a nightmare style custom character, soul edge complete weapon, GP drain A, Collateral Damage A and like 165% attack power i think, which takes out most enemies in 2-3 heavy attacks:P

Yeah, floor 57-59 is a pain in the ass. Especially when you have the Mitsurugi/Cervantes slide in spam, its horrible... But I kept spamming the Charge up on tht and eventually won with only 2-3 hits on me...

This will help once I beat the Nightmare floor before it. Any quick advice for it? Also Yoda isnt useless. Hes one of my favorite characters cuz hes annoying and can create some flashy moves.

Oh man, how many times I've sweared on floors 57-59 because they just wouldn't WORK, lol. I can't remember ever getting so damn frustrated at a game as I did right there and then. I used Astaroth low sweeps to cheap my way out of it and it usually does the trick pretty well, unless Nightmare decides to be an asshole and starts doing just impacts.

not the easiest... time concuming really, time it takes to get to floor 60 and then repeating floor 60 takes way to long...

you only need about 2 million gold to buy everything, by the time i was done getting achievements in story mode i had over 3 million gold... though i rarly ever go below grade S which earns 16000... that alone took me half as much time just getting to floor 60... by the time i got the towers new gaurdian achievement i already had the rest (tng being my last one)

thx man. Hey, is there any way to do the tower of lost soul easily? I am caught up on the level "irritation to ruin". Its getting me pissed as hell.

Well, there really isn't a sure-fire way to get through the tower, you're going to need skill for that.

A good cheap way to try and make it through most levels would be to equip skills like Shave Damage A or Venom Fang A on Kilik and abuse his forward + A+B 5 poke combo attack. It does the trick pretty well. Another idea would be to spam Astaroth's low sleeps, which are usually very effective.

There might be a way of using Yun-Seong for some cheap wins, but I haven't tested that yet.

yun seong just run and use a high kick with the soul edge weapon it takes out a third of most ppl's hp for me

Hmm, yeah, but they're not as likely to block that attack I think. Forward + YY is a pretty slow combo, so usually the computer will anticipate that one. I got it all recorded and I'll post a better vid soon, I just gotta find some rewritable DVDs now, cuz this one isn't working :(

My theory is that spamming his front, B, B attack is very useful for completing levels as well, but it's mostly a great way to get Critical Finishes quickly. I just got the soul crush and critical finish achievement today in the matter of an hour or something, and I didn't even boost it online.
