I picked him up at Ross this morning since they just had a grand opening in my city. And I'm surprised that there's practically nothing to this guy, he's light, but I do love his scowl and semi-heroic posture.

Brilliant review, Thew. It's a shame that Inferno review never surfaced because you could have done a quality Trumpton reference. Something like adding Thew into the "Pugh! Pugh! Barney McGrew! Cuthbert! Dibble! Grubb!" bit. I don't know.

Great review and despite being done at 100 mph, still manages to reference all the quirks and flaws that other reviews whined on and on and on about. Nicely done.

i nearly picked this up from a toys r us at warrington but went for perceptor instead, it does look prety kick ass but i prefer inferno, trouble is its hard to have one and not want the other to go with it, like the seekers. great review as always man, cheers

I was listing my Alternators Shockblast (a.k.a. Shockwave before they got the trademark back) and as I realized it was my only Alternator with light-piping, I thought of you.

Sounds kind of creepy when I saw it that way... anyway, another good review. Short, funny, informative. Not as bothered by the "old school" peg hole hands so long as a common size is used for accessories. Always hated it when my toys couldn't hold their accessories, so better that than a bad sculpt.

I gotta thank you, Thew. Seeing this vid prompted to see if I could find a good deal on that "Gear of War" set, which I only wanted because now Grapple/el has a crane, thereby making my Inferno terribly self-conscious about his masculinity.

Kind of a shame about the little imperfections on this guy, though.
