However i to think unreal gold is a top game but unfortunately i can seem to run it on vista very well despite playing it on a high performance gaming laptop.

Im not fairly sure what the difference is but im sure it better than unreal.

However i do know the installation disc has all the latest patches included ready to play online but it may also consist of other things that i dont know about.

Oh sorry.

Yes the bots are included in th game and no further downloads are required.

To play against the bots you can create and type of game or gametype and select up to 16 bots in the majority of maps.

Some smaller maps may only allow 8 to 10 bots.

but if you want to go HD then search Camtasia studio and use that

fraps already videos in HQ for anyway

unbalanced weapons, boring maps (imo) and overall I think the game was designed with single-player in mind (as opposed to the quake series).

First of all thanks for the information which i have written down and put in a safe place.

I have tried to reinstall unreal gold but i still get the slow motion movement whilst play single player or multiplayer.

I made this movie whilst using windows xp home edition and since have vista enterprise have been unable to make one since.

Its frustrating and i cant seem to resolve it no matter what i try.

Any tips are welcome.

I don't have a spare xp cd to use nor do i own windows 7.

Im not to worried because its the only 2 of my games wont run on vista and there pretty old.

Uh, it works on vista. And im even using Windows 7. However, if you get anthology. You need to get the Anthology Fix from Celtic Warrriors... because you cant play online without it. Its a mismatch fix. Plus, once you get it... i suggest you get 227f if you don't know about it. Its much better than the other versions.

This is one of my favorite Unreal versions;but i have a problem,i recently downloaded and installed the game and everithyng is perfect except for the photos of the maps;when i whant to play a botmatch game and select the map i whant to play in the photo display of that map is not showing;its just black but the map works fine

Ive never downloaded any earlier versions of unreal gold before but i recon the problem is based within the patch you have installed.

To get rid of the photo problem i suggest you remove the patch or update and run the game again to see if the problem has been resolved.

If not uninstall the game and reinstall unreal gold.

Not any tatics really apart from staying alive and clear of bullets lol.

Keeping your head also is a bonus lol.

There is one thing i find easier whilst playing and that is disabling dodging in the player options menu.

If your high up on a level and hit the left or right straft key twice quickly you dodge that particular way.

This can result in death by falling from a great height.

So disabling dodging may help you be a better player.

It helped me.

If you mean single player then i've not even gone there yet and probably never will.
