You could very easily make an automatic machien to do that. Those pins dont need orientating adn they are a very simple shape... I am in the middle of making a prototype machine that sets full size tenpins, but only three of them, as ten tenpins would be too big and heavy. Im about to upload a video of the pin table gripping and then ungripping the pins....
