1) Close Finderbar 2) Right-click on taskbar 3) Click "Properties" 4) Make sure "Use Small Icons" has a tick 5) Unpin *EVERYTHING* from the taskbar, and close any programs 6) The taskbar should be empty 7) Open Finderbar 8) Right click on Finderbar 9) Click "Skin it" 10) Done! and run finderbar as administrator

It is because it is made for Windows XP and not windows 7 because in Windows 7 the taskbar is more BIG

No worries, I can help.
I had this same problem...
Solution:
1.Exit Finderbar 2.Unpin EVERYTHING from the taskbar
3.Open Finderbar 4.Make sure that no windows are open(so you can see the desktop)
5.Right click on the Finderbar and press 'skin it'!
Note: You may need to press 'skin it several times'
To be on the safe side you might want to close all windows altogether and all other accessories i.e the dock or desktop gadgets.
