the original version is the best animation. I love the most is the moment when Shrek is sitting in his house and thinks about his princess and she thinks about him. Such scenes are typically found only in the movies and fairy tales. Unfortunately, that happens in real life if it misses only one person, because the other person does not care

Check Wikipedia under both "Shrek: Music from the Original Motion Picture" and "Hallelujah (Leonard Cohen song)" to confirm.
